| 10,000 additional Simoleons |
| Enable the "Cheat Gnome" code, then press Up, Left, Down, Right, R while playing the game. An option to advance time by six hours will now appear on the Cheat Gnome. Select the Cheat Gnome, then cancel the selection. Press Up, Left, Down, Right, R again. A "Give Sim Simoleons" option should now appear.

| Money and upgraded buildings |
| If you have at least 50,000 Pet Points, go to Town Square and buy a lot of items from each store. The stores will upgrade until they are skyscrapers. When your inventory is full, go back home and place all the items on the lawn. Note: You cannot place items from the bakery on your lawn or sell them. Then, go into Grab mode and sell all the items for money. If you keep doing this, the stores in Town Square will upgrade and so will the money in your pocket. When the stores are full upgraded, go to the most valuable item and keep buying that item until your inventory is full. Then, go back home and sell all the items for more money. Note: You may need more Pet Points to complete this trick. |
| Easy money |
| Enable the 'Pet Points' cheat until you get up to 125,000 Pet Points. Then, go to Town Square and buy a lot of items from each store. You will get upgrades on the store, but when your inventory is full go back home. Place all the objects on the lawn and sell them to get money. Note: You cannot sell the items from the bakery. |
| Easy friendship |
| Use the following trick to quickly increase your friendship to 100. In the Object Catalog, go to 'Seating', then purchase the 'Garden Swing'. Place the swing on your lot. Select the swing then place it in your inventory. Go to Town Square and place the swing on the lot and sit down. Call over your Sims and you will increase your friendship to 100 as long as your Sim is in a good mood. Note: You do not have to place the garden swing back in your inventory -- it places itself. |
| Special food |
| Get the following ingredients out of any refrigerator: pork, chicken, tofu, and beef. Cook them on an oven. When it comes out, the food will sparkle. Once you eat it, you will sparkle and your stats will not decrease for a short time. |

To activate the Cheat Gnome, press L,L,R,A,A and Up on the (D)-Pad while OUTSIDE of your house. There is no cheat to have babies, but you can get married. If you wish to have a child, the most appropriate thing to do would be to edit your family and add another Sim. The pets CAN have babies, and it will come out of the sky in a basket.
Press (on the {D}-Pad) Up, Left, Down, Right, and then R, and an option saying "Advance 6 Hours" will appear on the Cheat Gnome. To get the "Give Sim Simoleons" cheat on the Cheat Gnome, Face the gnome and do the "Advance 6 hours" code, then do it a second time. After that, press (on the {D}-Pad) Up, Left, Down, Right. An option saying "Give Sim Simoleons" will appear on the Cheat Gnome. This trick may require 2 tries.

Okay this may sound stupid, but here goes anyway. I tried and succeeded in getting the cheat gnome to appear. I was able to do this two times, and able to max out all my motives multiple times between the two seperate playing times. Now I can enter the code, the gnome shows up either next to my mailbox or next to the bathroom in the town square. I can no longer click on it, when you click near the gnome now it just tells the sim to go there. Am I doing something wrong? Did I use the gnome to much? Also once I did have the gnome when I first discovered the cheat and I accidentally deleted it, could that have affected it? Ok. Yes, I'm slow. I feel like an idot. But I CANNOT for the life of me get the stupid gnome in my yard. I did once and made the dumb mistake of deleting it right away. I do the code over and over again. No idea if I'm using the right up thingy. All I want is some instructions, like really good instructions you'de give to like a mental person. Email me Pulease!

When you enter the cheat gnome code, go to your mailbox and there should be a little blue gnome sitting there. That gnome is the cheat gnome which means you DID unlock it!

What i am about to type happened all by chance in a chain of events. ok so i was board so i decided to have fun and not do anything and watch my sim faint of hunger so it happenedand he was out for a while and during that time it rained and while he was knocked out and yet he still put a newspaper over his head! So when he finaly came to from the paramedics the stars were still there circling his head so i tried to make one of those meals where your motives don't go down for a little bit to see if those effects would become permanent... and they were so i got all of my motives at max and now i don't need the max all motives cheat i now no longer have to eat or sleep or any of that stuff even though that kind of defeats the perpouse of the game because with the max all motives cheat you can't do the same thing forever you eventualy have to stop to max all motives again unlike me, because i played the piano for about three days strate and all of my motives were max still, but if you want to try and do what i did follow my story and do everything exactly as i describe, and if you have trouble finding a recipe for the food that makes your motives stop going down for a short while then search the internet for one of those recipes well thats all there is for me to tell about this glitch, bye!

to get married all you have to do is be really nice to the man you want to marrie. When your relshonship bar is really high like at 80 it will say under the nice catagoure propoes then you will be married.
And NO you cant have babies!!!!!

one does any one lnow a cheat to get your skills all of them to level 10
1.the cheat link to get the 10000 simillonsis as follows
1 L,L.R.A.A.UP
2 UP, LEFT, DOWN, RIGHT, AND R
3 UP, LEFT, DOWN, RIGHT, AND RIGHT again
that is the correct way to get the 10,000 simllions cheat but you must be facing the gnome but not in the action menu

well for all everyone whom keep on asking, "can you have babies?" the answer is YOU CAN'T!
To get a cheat gnome you have to stand in front of your lawn and press
L, twice. R, once. A, twice. Then press the up button on your D-pad.
For Advance "6 Hours", which is completely, useless you press up, left, down, right, and R.
For extra money! Which is about 10,000 Simenelons, sorry if I spelled it wrong you press
up, left, down, and right. Do not press R.
For the Big one, To MAX all motives you press
up, x, up, right, and Z. I know for a fact that's how you do it. If it doesn't work, keep on doing it.
For a little extra, free furniture, you press
yyabyzxaa, didn't work for me, but keep on doing it anyway, because, it's right!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok if u really want 2 know how the cheat gnome work follo this guid:
1:press L L R A A UP (with the d-pad for up)u will see a cheat gnome
2:press UP LEFT DOWN RIGHT R now the Cheat Gnome should be click-able and you will see a "Advance Six Hours" on the gnome
3:press UP LEFT DOWN RIGHT and now u should see a "Give Sim Simolens"
NOTE:for #3 dont press R,#3 sometimes takes me some time work but its worth it. belive me i have 999,999 simolens and thats the highest # you can get.

TO ACTIVATE THE CHEAT GNOME YOU NEED TO BE OUTSIDE YOUR HOUSE (if you have one). NOW ENTER THE CODE! The gnome should appear in the front lawn. If you have sound you should hear something like a ding noise. You need to be near the gnome to enter in the first cheat code. When you enter in the next one you should be near the cheat gnome but not actually able to click it y'know? Enter in the code. The 10,000 one works but its tricky to do. Once you have the advance 6 hours, click the cheat gnome, exit out of the commands, then enter it in. It takes a bit of time and patience to get it right but it does work I promise.
