Challenge Mission mode

Collect the second pink Elebit to unlock Challenge Mission mode.

Eternal Mission mode

Collect all three pink Elebits to unlock Eternal Mission mode.

Score Attack mode

Collect the first pink Elebit to unlock Score Attack mode.

Unlocking levels and items in Level Editor

Get a 'C' rank or better in a level to unlock it in the Level Editor. Get a 'B' rank or better in a level to also unlock a set of items corresponding to that level.

Collecting the third Pink Elebit

To capture the third Pink Elebit, do the following:
Mission 1: Appears if you clear the mission in 5 minutes or less.
Mission 5: Appears if you clear the mission with fewer than 3 loud noises.
Mission 10: Appears if you clear the mission with an 80% durability.
