Train in chigago and helicopter in havana
Go to chicago and pause game press - L1, L1, R2, R1, triangle, square and the same in havana then in havana go to secret tunnel and turn left the shoul be a heli pad there.....wait a while and copter will come.
Kill cops
With one hit pause game press X,X,X ,sguare ,L1,L2,L2,L1,R1,R1R1,R1,triangle,circle
Hint
Go to the police station in RIO and there will be a building to the right go to the door and open it, the cops will not chase you anymore.
Invincibility
To enable Invincibility, go to Las Vegas. Get onto the interstate north of Tropicana, check out the big tan and black structure, towards the end you'll find a switch that enables Invincibility.
Air Jump
When jumping a hill, you can jump out of the car by pressing Up and Triangle

to have all cities u have to play through the undercover misson s to unlock vegas and rio. to get cheats u have to unlock vegas,rio in undercover first
