Successfully complete the indicated stage of the Prologue to unlock the corresponding option under the Hardware Design screen. Note: To unlock the 'OKE Tuning' option, win all twenty Premium Battles.

Team Formation option

Successfully complete Stage 7 of the Prologue to unlock the 'Team Formation' option under the Briefing menu.
