Successfully complete all twenty Story missions under the Mission Battle option to unlock the Karakura Heroes match.
EX Survival mode
Win at least ten battles in Survival mode to unlock EX Survival mode.
Bonus characters
Successfully complete the indicated task to unlock the corresponding playable character:

Byakuya Bankai: Successfully complete Story Mission 17.
Hisagi Shuuhei: Successfully complete Time Attack mode with Komamura Sajin.
Hitsugaya Bankai: Successfully complete Story Mission 9.
Ise Nanao: Successfully complete Time Attack mode with Kyouraku Shunsui.
Ishida Quincy Final Stage: Successfully complete Story Mission 6.
Komamura Sajin: Successfully complete Time Attack mode with Yamamoto Genryuusai Shigekuni.
Kurotsuchi Nemu: Successfully complete Time Attack mode with Kurotsuchi Mayuri.
